Accetti di manlevare, difendere e tenere indenne rallyadventuremasters e la nostra società madre, filiali, affiliate, partner, funzionari, direttori, agenti, appaltatori, licenziatari, fornitori di servizi, subappaltatori, fornitori, stagisti e dipendenti, da qualsiasi reclamo o richiesta, incluse ragionevoli spese legali, avanzate da terze parti a causa della violazione da parte tua di questi termini di servizio o dei documenti a cui fanno riferimento, o della violazione di qualsiasi legge o diritto di terze parti.
Nel caso in cui una qualsiasi disposizione di questi termini di servizio venga ritenuta illegale, nulla o inapplicabile, tale disposizione sarà comunque applicabile nella misura massima consentita dalla legge applicabile, e la parte inapplicabile sarà considerata separata da questi termini di servizio, tale determinazione non pregiudicherà la validità e l'applicabilità delle restanti disposizioni.
Le obbligazioni e le responsabilità delle parti sostenute prima della data di risoluzione
sopravvivranno alla risoluzione del presente accordo per tutti gli scopi.
